Located on tram line 5, close to the Concertgebouw, Café Wildschut serves the near ubiquitous LavAzza coffee. There is a huge sunny terrace that is great for people watching or getting a little work done while soaking up some rays of sunshine. If the sun is a little much, or the weather changes on a dime, head into the comfortable art-deco interior and settle into one of the cozy couches. The wait staff are passably friendly and best of all the WIFI is free.

This place has a great work space at the front window---low and long wooded countertop-like workspace built into the wall. Great light in that spot during the day and a great view of people wandering through the red light district. I don't know if there's WIFI. Didn't have an electrical adapter.
